Yadavan Chandran : ウィキペディア英語版 | Yadavan Chandran Yadavan Chandran is an Indian film maker who has been involved with films and activism since his childhood. He is a graduate in film studies from Loyola College, Chennai and besides directing, he is also a camera person and editor and has created many projects with dancer and social activist Mallika Sarabhai. The son of award winning film maker T.V.Chandran, Yadavan assisted his father as an associate director in his films Dany (film), Sankaranum Mohananum and Boomi Malayalam. Yadavan’s documentary on the legendary Manganiar singer RukmanBhai, ‘Soul Voice Solo Voice’ won the Silver prize at the Palpitta National Short and Documentary Festival.
